At Ignis Drago, we want you to feel as bold as our designs; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
